I'm in my 30's and doing a music degree online. For me it's not about a future job, I already have a job and career I'm happy with, I just love music and want to know a lot more about it. Uni isn't so great at directly teaching me the lessons I need, but it's great at inspiring me to keep seeking out the knowledge so that I pass the next assessment. So, for me at least, it's working out.
