After accepting a challenge from Kristi Keller to use an established meme in a story title (as she did), I spent about an hour searching for something better than the cheese meme she’d found and used.

Eventually I accepted defeat, and decided to use the second part of the same meme she’d used. And I regret nothing.

Kristie used the cheese meme to title her story in which she detailed the time she made vegan cheese and ending up with a great result, an accomplishment I absolutely can’t believe is possible.

I tried to make vegan cheese two years ago and it was an epic failure. I remember it taking four hours, being incredibly fiddly, not much fun, and in the end smelling and tasting like a stable. It was a nightmare.

I took one bite and threw the entire lot in the bin. So to Kristie I ask, what the hell did you do to make something not only edible, but delicious? What type of sorcery did you cast?
