I never set out to become a frequent flyer.

Regardless, I knew when I accepted my first job for Disney that I was about to become one.
I applied for a credit card that rewarded frequent flyers, and signed up for multiple airlines reward programs.

Despite not wanting to fly, the flying life was thrust upon me.
I knew had to get smart about how I flew if I was to survive the skies.

So after more than 7 years working jobs that require me to fly internationally, I’ve compiled a strict list of items I can never fly without.

I keep them all in a backpack I use almost exclusively for flights. Each pocket contains something specific, so that if a pocket is empty, I know something is missing.

Face products

Because of the 20% humidity level that’s kept onboard an aircraft cabin, my skin becomes dry and uncomfortable only hours into a long-haul flight.
